FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT

Our Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
Included within the FRA would be a site visit by a fully qualified Fire Risk Assessor to identify/assess:

Any deficiencies in existing fire precautions/procedures

Correct types/quantities and maintained fire safety equipment

Evaluation of fire records and emergency procedures
Following the site survey (fire risk assessment), a detailed document is produced and issued to the responsible person(s) including:

Documented fire risk assessment (based on PAS 79:2007)

List of significant findings,

Recommendations on remedial actions

Comprehensive Action Plan to minimize & manage risks within realistic timescales
A full and detailed consultation is available following the fire risk assessments to discuss any significant findings and required actions to achieve a satisfactory standard of fire safety within your organisation. PHA also offers full project management services to ensure the remedial actions are implemented to the statutory requirements.
FIRE SAFETY PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Following a fire risk assessment/safety audit of your premises, the identification of fire safety upgrading or enhancement often leads to work being required to meet legal requirements. The works may cover several areas of specialism and include mechanical, electrical and passive building works.
